We have several positions that we are looking to fill (click on the job name to see the posting):

1. Solutions Engineering Manager: We're looking for a people-focused professional to provide technical direction and business guidance to the management team and customers. You will drive platform and product technical solutions development and operations, and support solutions and managed services sales activities and revenue development through account and resource planning. Build, develop and manage a team of high-performing System Engineers and continually seek innovative methods for improving team performance. As the company grows, this role will lead into a director position for the right candidate. We know we're asking a lot, but you should have extensive knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls, storage, disaster recovery), server virtualization (VMware and open source), operations monitoring and trouble ticketing. In your five to seven years experience you might have worked in a data centre, a managed service provider or a web hosting company.


2. Systems Administrator: We need someone to provide technical expertise to the solutions engineering and operations teams in support of our internal and external customers. You will drive day to day support and operations for our entire cloud platform. You will lead the support of our platform and applications to ensure the highest levels of productivity and performance. You will be the one to keep the Canadian Cloud running smoothly and securely. You should have several years hands-on experience in keeping a virtualized environment running and are comfortable installing, managing and trouble-shooting firewalls, switches, routers, servers and storage arrays.


3. Professional Services Engineer: We are also assembling a team of experienced software engineers to work with our customers and help them along their journey to the cloud. Call on all your networking, virtualization and solutions development skills to make sure that our customers flourish on our Trusted Canadian Cloud ™. Working with our customers on complex cloud deployments that they themselves may not necessarily understand, you will find and implement innovative solutions to complex requirements. In your five or more years experience you have also developed excellent customer relationship skills and are comfortable working in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
